# Unable to raise ticket on support page

On the new portal, I am unable to raise a ticket. MS edge browser. I have cleared cookies, cache and reverted all settings back to “default” on the browser, managed by corporate.

The button is available on the page but clicking does nothing.

In order to ensure that your portal functions properly, please consider enabling at least the functional cookies (please refer to the screenshot).  
You can achieve this by clearing your cache or using incognito mode to make it appear.
